• Manage the entire recruitment process for Tech and Product positions.

• Provide guidance to stakeholders regarding the landscape of tech talent in Mexico and effective hiring strategies.

• Collaborate with senior leaders in engineering and product throughout the recruitment journey.

• Ensure a smooth and engaging experience for candidates.

• Over 4 years of experience in recruiting technical talent and product-related roles.

• Extensive, hands-on understanding of the tech talent market in Mexico.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
