📋 Description

• Provide thorough, strategic recruitment support throughout the complete hiring process

• Collaborate with designated client groups to oversee open positions

• Employ advanced sourcing methods to discover and engage potential candidates

• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior recruiting staff

• Ensure the recruitment process fosters inclusivity and provides a positive experience for candidates

• Utilize recruitment data and market intelligence to refine strategies

• Oversee the full recruitment process for roles of varying complexity

• Lead intricate offer negotiations with candidates

• Implement Lean principles to streamline recruitment processes

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment

• At least 2 years of consultative recruitment experience in the Conventional Power, Electric, or Renewable Energy sectors

• Over 2 years of demonstrated experience in identifying and sourcing talent for specialized engineering roles

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge or experience

• Familiarity with TA tools such as Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems

• Strong advisory abilities with the capacity to influence hiring strategies

• Experience in change management and process enhancement

• A robust strategic mindset

• Proficient in advanced data storytelling
