This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Collaborate with Talent Partners and hiring managers to grasp hiring requirements.
• Create and implement sourcing strategies to identify and draw in talent.
• Establish and sustain a talent pipeline for critical and challenging roles.
• Perform initial outreach and pre-screening to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Utilize market research and talent mapping to guide recruitment strategies.
• Work alongside the recruiting team to enhance sourcing tools continuously.
• Background in talent sourcing, whether from in-house, agency, or RPO models, with comprehensive end-to-end experience.
• Experience recruiting in Product, Tech, and Business domains.
• Capability to pivot and adjust your methods to achieve optimal results.
• Demonstrated success in building pipelines for both ‘active’ and ‘passive’ candidates.
• Inquisitive mindset with a keen interest in research.
• Proficient in English and Portuguese, both spoken and written.
