This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage the entire recruitment process for GTM and business functions on a global scale.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior executives on recruitment strategies, organizational design, and talent management.
• Provide stakeholders with insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in hiring.
• Create efficient hiring processes that prioritize speed, quality, and a positive candidate experience.
• Develop proactive sourcing methods through outreach, referrals, networking, and market research.
• Establish and sustain robust talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.
• Implement structured, data-driven hiring processes and interview methodologies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.
• Enhance Superside’s employer brand and candidate experience at every interaction.
• Function effectively across different time zones in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within startup, scale-up, or high-growth environments.
• Proven experience in hiring across GTM and business functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, Legal, or People teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of advising senior leadership.
• Demonstrated sourcing and headhunting expertise in global talent markets.
• Experience in scaling hiring processes and teams in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on recruitment execution.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of navigating through ambiguity.
• Experience working remotely across various time zones and cultures.
• A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
