This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for strategic and senior-level positions across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, managing multiple searches at once with a strong emphasis on quality and candidate experience.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies that enhance passive talent pipelines and elevate candidate quality across key functions.
• Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring strategies, align expectations, and facilitate efficient, structured hiring processes.
• Support and advance Degreed’s employer branding efforts, including LinkedIn Life Pages and talent engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to inclusive hiring practices through structured interviewing, sourcing strategies, and process enhancements.
• Create and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards that offer insights into pipeline health, conversion rates, and hiring performance.
• Identify and implement improvements in processes that shorten time-to-fill and enhance operational efficiency throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
• Collaborate extensively with TA peers, People Experience, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fully remote, global environment.
• Assess and adopt AI and recruiting enablement tools that enhance sourcing effectiveness and minimize manual effort.
• Full-cycle recruiting: Proven track record of leading full-cycle recruiting for strategic, senior-level, and challenging roles across global markets, including NAMER, in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Complex hiring scope: Experience in recruiting for software engineering, technical, product, revenue, G&A, and executive roles, including hard-to-fill and senior-level talent in global markets.
• Advanced sourcing: Capability to develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies that yield high-quality and diverse talent pipelines, especially for passive candidates in competitive landscapes.
• Stakeholder partnership: Experience working closely with hiring managers and business leaders to drive structured, data-driven hiring decisions.
• Data fluency: Proficient in using recruiting metrics, pipeline analytics, and hiring dashboards to identify trends and enhance recruiting performance.
• Employer branding and candidate experience: Background in supporting employer branding, LinkedIn, EVP, or talent engagement initiatives that boost candidate attraction and interaction.
• DEI hiring practices: Experience in implementing inclusive sourcing strategies and structured hiring practices that enhance pipeline diversity and hiring consistency.
• Process improvement: Ability to recognize recruiting inefficiencies and establish scalable processes that improve speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential, as this role involves extensive collaboration with stakeholders across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC.
• AI and recruiting technology: Experience in utilizing AI tools and recruiting technologies to enhance sourcing, research, workflow efficiency, and recruiting operations.
