Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for experienced consulting roles, from initial intake to offer acceptance.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective recruitment strategies tailored for specialized and challenging consulting positions.

• Employ behavioral interviewing and assessment methods to pinpoint candidates who possess the ideal mix of experience, skills, and cultural alignment.

• Identify and engage potential candidates through networking, referrals, direct outreach, and innovative sourcing techniques.

• Guide candidates through the recruitment lifecycle while ensuring precise documentation is maintained in our applicant tracking system (iCIMS).

• Represent and articulate BerryDunn's culture, values, employee experiences, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Over 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in supporting professional services or consulting firms.

• Previous experience in recruiting for Medicaid consulting roles is highly preferred.

• Background in contract recruiting or project-based recruiting, with the capability to swiftly learn new business environments and work independently.

• Proven track record of collaborating with hiring managers to formulate recruiting strategies and successfully fill specialized, hard-to-source positions.

• A consultative mindset with the ability to foster strong relationships and influence stakeholders.

• A commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience while sourcing high-quality talent.

• Demonstrated success using a variety of sourcing techniques, recruitment technologies, and assessment practices.

• Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruiting.

• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of handling multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Excellent communication abilities and the capability to function effectively as part of a remote team.
