Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for US GTM and technical roles.

• Develop sourcing strategies tailored for GTM and technical positions.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering leadership, and hiring managers to ascertain hiring requirements.

• Utilize AI tools for sourcing, outreach, candidate research, and pipeline management.

• Conduct interviews and debriefs to facilitate sound hiring decisions.

• Manage pipeline data and inform hiring managers about effective strategies and areas for improvement.

• Provide a transparent and respectful candidate experience.

• Identify enhancements and new applications for AI in the recruitment process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

• Proven experience in recruiting for both GTM and technical roles.

• Background in a security or security-adjacent enterprise B2B SaaS company.

• Experience in a hypergrowth or startup setting.

• Ability to build recruitment pipelines from the ground up without solely relying on inbound candidates.

• Proficiency in collaborating with sales, marketing, and engineering hiring managers.

• Previous use of AI tools within a recruitment workflow, or a demonstrated initiative to adopt such tools.

• Capable of managing multiple open positions across two functions.

• Familiarity with working inside an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Skilled in leveraging pipeline data to inform recruitment decisions.

• Experience in creating systems, processes, or building professional relationships.

• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Possess an ownership mindset and accountability for results.

• Experience in high-growth or venture-backed settings.

• Exposure to AI, security, or emerging technology ecosystems.
