This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with senior leadership across various regions to identify business priorities, anticipate hiring requirements, and develop scalable recruitment strategies.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for non-technical roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, etc.), focusing on North America and Europe while adeptly navigating global time zones to fulfill critical hiring needs.
• Mentor and guide senior leadership in job scoping, candidate calibration, leveling, and total rewards management—striking a balance between financial ROI and top-tier talent acquisition.
• Leverage market mapping, competitive intelligence, and recruitment performance metrics to equip leaders with actionable insights that forecast talent bottlenecks and inform strategic decisions.
• Actively source, map, and foster high-caliber, diverse talent communities to establish sustainable pipelines for future hiring demands.
• Ensure that every candidate enjoys an outstanding experience from initial contact through to the offer stage.
• Partner with the broader People team to facilitate smooth transitions from candidate to new hire, utilizing feedback to continually enhance the overall experience.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in hiring for various non-technical roles, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations. SaaS experience and hiring for positions in the US or Canada is a plus.
• A genuine partnership approach, demonstrating strong stakeholder management abilities and the capacity to influence senior leaders in navigating complex hiring challenges.
• Proficiency in direct sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and recruitment marketing.
• Comfortable operating across multiple regions and time zones, with the flexibility to collaborate closely with teams in North America (East Coast).
• An independent mindset, capable of thriving in ambiguous settings and building hiring strategies or frameworks from the ground up as necessary.
• Strong commercial insight with a proven track record of assessing trade-offs across compensation parameters, geographical location tiers, and hiring models.
• A data-driven perspective that utilizes TA performance metrics, market data, and competitive intelligence to influence executive-level decisions.
