This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the Talent Acquisition function for Brazil from start to finish, acting as the main contact for all recruitment needs — encompassing workforce planning, stakeholder engagement, and full-cycle hiring.
• Manage the regional recruiting process in Brazil, ensuring consistency, alignment, and the sharing of best practices within the global Talent Acquisition framework.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, fostering strong relationships and delivering data-driven insights, market intelligence, and strategic hiring suggestions.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in the Brazil hiring landscape, promoting continuous improvement and scalability while upholding global standards.
• Leverage analytics to guide decision-making, creating and interpreting dashboards, KPIs, and talent reports that inform recruitment strategies and discussions with leadership.
• Contribute to global HR and Talent initiatives, aiding broader programs focused on culture, performance, and organizational development.
• Lead local employer branding initiatives, crafting authentic and engaging campaigns (utilizing tools like Canva) to enhance our visibility in the Brazilian market.
• Improve recruitment operations by optimizing tools, workflows, and data integrity within Workday and other recruitment platforms.
• Recruit in various regions as necessary — experience in hiring for other markets, especially the U.S., is a significant advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within a global organization, managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment, with experience in multiple regions — familiarity with the U.S. market is advantageous.
• Strategic and analytical thinker — adept at utilizing data, KPIs, and market insights to shape hiring strategies and influence stakeholders.
• Creative and innovative — capable of creating compelling employer branding campaigns and recruitment content (e.g., using Canva) to attract top talent.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities — skilled in advising and influencing leaders at all levels, balancing business requirements with talent strategy.
• Self-sufficient and resourceful — thrives in uncertain situations, proactively addresses challenges, and identifies opportunities for process enhancements.
• Bilingual in Portuguese and English, possessing strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other applicant tracking system (ATS) tools; comfortable troubleshooting and optimizing recruitment processes.
• In-depth understanding of the Brazilian talent market, including sourcing strategies, hiring practices, and local employment trends.
• Collaborative mindset — capable of working across global teams while managing regional processes and ensuring adherence to global best practices.
