This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the complete Talent Acquisition function in Brazil.
• Act as the main contact for all recruitment requirements.
• Manage the regional recruitment process for Brazil.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to organizational leaders.
• Identify gaps and potential improvements in the Brazil hiring landscape.
• Utilize analytics to shape recruitment decisions.
• Participate in global HR and Talent initiatives.
• Propel local employer branding initiatives.
• Improve recruitment operations by refining tools, workflows, and ensuring data accuracy within Workday.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience in hiring across various regions, especially in the U.S. market.
• Possess a strategic and analytical mindset.
• Proficient in data analysis, KPIs, and market insights.
• Ability to create engaging employer branding campaigns (e.g., utilizing Canva).
• Strong skills in stakeholder management.
• Independent and resourceful with a proactive approach.
• Fluent in both Portuguese and English.
• Familiarity with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other ATS tools.
• In-depth understanding of the Brazilian talent market.
• Fully remote position.
