This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Serve as a genuine talent advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers throughout the Americas.
• Manage the complete recruitment process for Commercial roles in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, and Technical Support.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to discover and engage exceptional passive talent.
• Utilize data to narrate the recruitment story, hold yourself accountable, and assist hiring managers in understanding the benchmarks of success.
• Maintain high standards and assist us in continuously elevating the recruitment practices at Hostaway.
• Over 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth, scaling environment—not merely within large enterprises supported by extensive teams.
• Experience in hiring for Commercial roles such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, Technical Support, or similar go-to-market functions.
• In-depth knowledge of the North American and LATAM talent markets—you know how to hire effectively in these regions, not just source candidates.
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in ambiguous situations—you are adept at problem-solving and maintaining progress without constant oversight.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Clear and confident asynchronous communication is essential when collaborating across time zones with a lean team.
• Advanced sourcing capabilities and a proactive approach to improvement—you excel at finding great candidates who are not actively seeking opportunities and building relationships before they are needed.
