This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend suitable candidates for various positions.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Discover and develop strategies to expand applicant pools.
• Cultivate trust and collaborative relationships with hiring managers.
• Assess candidate suitability through interviews and evaluations.
• Oversee the interviewing and onboarding procedures.
• Represent the organization at recruitment events.
• Draft and issue offer letters to selected candidates.
• Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain recruitment reports.
• Perform necessary staffing administration tasks as required.
• Provide support to the North America Commercial Sales division.
• Utilize Talent Market Intelligence tools and resources to guide stakeholders and enhance recruitment strategies.
• Create a talent pool of qualified candidates for both current and future business needs.
• Formulate recruitment strategies through direct sourcing, networking, social media engagement, pipelining, and referrals.
• Offer expertise in stakeholder management and enhance the efficiency of the talent acquisition process.
• Implement process improvements to achieve impactful results.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing the complete Talent Acquisition lifecycle within a corporate environment, professional search firm, or sourcing role is required.
• Experience with Workday or a similar ATS is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is preferred.
• HR-related certifications such as PHR/SPHR are preferred.
• Diversity and Inclusion certifications are preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
• Strong experience in direct sourcing is necessary.
• Proven ability to set benchmarks, forecast, and monitor metrics.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks to achieve hiring objectives.
• Must have a data-driven, process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent persuasive and analytical presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences at all organizational levels.
