This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to assess workforce requirements and devise proactive recruiting strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor by delivering market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring recommendations.
• Formulate recruiting plans that support business expansion, organizational transitions, and evolving talent requirements.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process for Software Engineering, Product Management, Data & Analytics, IT, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and corporate functions.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding assistance.
• Promote efficient and high-quality hiring procedures with a strong emphasis on candidate experience.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, professional organizations, social media, and industry events.
• Identify passive candidates for specialized and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Develop diverse candidate pools and advocate for inclusive hiring practices.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, arrange travel, and collect feedback.
• Foster relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment, transparency, and accountability.
• Utilize ATS, recruiting technologies, and talent acquisition platforms to oversee requisitions, pipelines, and reporting.
• Monitor and analyze time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes.
• Leverage data and market trends to enhance recruiting effectiveness and decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations and company hiring policies.
• Assist with immigration sponsorship processes, background checks, and employment eligibility requirements where applicable.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
• Aid in onboarding and new hire integration with HR and business leaders.
• Engage in 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins to support employee engagement and retention.
• Strong consultative and relationship-building abilities; capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional skills in sourcing and talent identification.
• Ability to juggle multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in interpreting recruiting metrics and market data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation.
• Advanced experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and modern talent acquisition technologies.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS platforms like ADP Workforce Now or comparable systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (listed as desired).
• Over 8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including substantial technical and technology-focused recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of recruiting for software engineering, product management, IT, data, cybersecurity, and other specialized positions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be able to undergo a potential identity verification check through Checkr.

• Support for candidate experience and onboarding.
• 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins to promote employee engagement and retention.
