This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Convert business and workforce objectives into a practical hiring strategy.
• Guide, mentor, and enhance the Talent Acquisition team.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and People Business Partners on workforce planning, role design, talent profiles, and hiring decisions.
• Take the lead or remain actively involved in critical and senior-level recruitment efforts.
• Develop talent pipelines to meet both current and future business demands.
• Assist leaders in defining the capabilities, skills, and outcomes necessary for various roles.
• Implement standardized hiring practices across sourcing, assessment, interviewing, selection, and closing processes.
• Utilize data to identify trends and evaluate recruitment effectiveness.
• Enhance hiring manager effectiveness through tools, coaching, and clear expectations.
• Own and continuously enhance the candidate experience.
• Assess AI, automation, and new tools for optimizing recruitment workflows.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Total Rewards, Finance, and Legal to ensure hiring practices are scalable, competitive, and compliant.
• Oversee external search partners and recruitment vendors.
• Elevate the employer brand and communication to attract prospective talent.
• Build trust with leaders, becoming a valued partner in talent decision-making.
• Enhance the quality, speed, and predictability of the hiring process.
• Extensive experience leading Talent Acquisition in a dynamic, scaling, global organization.
• Background in SaaS.
• Experience in managing and developing recruiters within an international team.
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives and influence hiring and workforce strategies.
• Capability to shift between strategic planning and tactical execution.
• Strong business acumen linking talent decisions to organizational priorities.
• Experience in establishing structured, consistent, and inclusive hiring practices.
• Data-driven approach utilizing recruiting metrics to identify issues and enhance outcomes.
• Excellent coaching and communication skills with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Interest in AI and its influence on recruitment operations and talent strategies.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, change, and competing priorities.
• High degree of ownership, commitment, and focus on the candidate and employee experience.
• Base salary ranging from $170,000 to $200,000 USD.
• Commission plan or bonus incentive may be applicable for eligible roles.
