Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Utilize advanced AI tools for sourcing, scheduling, and candidate communication to provide an exceptional recruiting experience for both candidates and employers.

• Assess resumes of incoming candidates through the AI cockpit, completing the final stage of candidate evaluation.

• Take ownership of the initial sourcing process.

• Develop searches on Sales Navigator to pinpoint the top 1,000 candidates on LinkedIn for each new position.

• Select 5 "ideal" candidates for each role to serve as benchmarks.

• Communicate with inbound and outbound candidates via email, ensuring their scheduling is efficient and their experiences are positive.

• Pre-screen candidates who do not meet the criteria for a role prior to the formal screening process.

• Ensure email campaigns are operational and effective.

• Provide insights to enhance AI tools, aiming to increase efficiency by reviewing 1,000 applications in 10 minutes—an endeavor that typically requires 5 people working a week.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least five (5) years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, or a related field for US-based companies hiring US candidates.

• High proficiency with LinkedIn, including Recruiter and Sales Navigator.

• Strong and professional communication skills in English.

• Eager to learn about Generative AI and leverage cutting-edge tools.

• Experience in identifying and sourcing outbound candidates based on job descriptions.

• Ability to match LinkedIn profiles and resumes with specific job criteria.

• Strong attention to detail to facilitate efficient scheduling.

• A genuine interest in continuously refining processes and implementing AI workflows.

• Highly organized with the capability to manage personal projects effectively.
