This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Design and implement talent attraction strategies, ensuring processes are agile, effective, and aligned with Humand's culture.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle.
• Analyze hiring metrics and propose data-driven improvements.
• Serve as a strategic partner to leaders on HR-related topics.
• Collaborate with leaders to co-design a development and feedback framework, ensuring its adoption within teams.
• Participate in the development of the training plan (leadership, feedback, effective communication, basic compliance) and create necessary communication materials.
• Experience recruiting tech profiles in dynamic environments.
• Proven experience as an HRBP: supporting leaders, performance management, development, engagement, communications, and training.
• Demonstrated ability to build/iterate processes from scratch in a pragmatic, impact-oriented manner.
• Advanced/bilingual English (global environment; mandatory).
• Strategic and data-driven mindset.
• Experience in SaaS or Tech companies (major plus).
• 100% remote work.
