This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee high-demand recruitment processes for corporate departments such as Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Human Resources, ensuring quality, speed, and precision in hires;
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to align candidate profiles, acting as a consultative partner in crafting customized attraction and recruitment strategies that take into account business context, seniority, and market dynamics;
• Efficiently manage high-volume pipelines with organization, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey;
• Conduct behavioral interviews with an analytical approach, assessing cultural fit, potential, and alignment with company values and business challenges;
• Assist hiring leaders in decision-making by utilizing data, market benchmarks, and strategic hiring recommendations;
• Track, analyze, and enhance Talent Acquisition metrics (funnel, SLA, conversions, quality of hire), suggesting ongoing, data-driven improvements;
• Collaborate closely with partner teams to enhance the complete hiring cycle and stakeholder experience;
• Lead and execute automation initiatives in recruitment, streamlining processes, minimizing manual tasks, and boosting the team's operational efficiency;
• Investigate and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions in Talent Acquisition, including automated screening, profile analysis, insight generation, and enhancements to candidate and internal client experiences;
• Identify opportunities for scaling and improvement through technology, data, and automation, contributing to the advancement of the recruitment model.
• Proven experience in end-to-end Recruitment & Selection with an emphasis on corporate roles;
• Experience managing a high volume of openings and multiple concurrent processes;
• Analytical mindset with experience in utilizing data and Talent Acquisition metrics;
• Consultative approach to collaboration with hiring leaders;
• Familiarity with ATS (Gupy, Greenhouse, or similar) and LinkedIn Recruiter;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Self-motivated, hands-on profile with a focus on continuous improvement;
• Completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related fields.
