This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
β’ Serve as the main point of coordination among Talent Acquisition, Operations leaders, hiring managers, and external partners.
β’ Oversee and streamline communication among all involved parties to guarantee timely responses, alignment, and accountability.
β’ Actively follow up on outstanding action items, interview feedback, approvals, and subsequent steps to ensure the hiring process continues smoothly.
β’ Manage interview scheduling across various stakeholders, time zones, and priorities, often under tight deadlines.
β’ Keep organized and current trackers and reports to enhance hiring visibility and facilitate decision-making.
β’ Represent the Talent Acquisition function with professionalism, urgency, and diligent follow-through.
β’ 3β6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, recruiting operations, staffing, or agency/consulting settings.
β’ Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments characterized by frequent changes and competing priorities.
β’ Proficient in complex scheduling coordination.
β’ Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously without losing track of details.
β’ Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting workflows (Workday experience is a plus).
