Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of coordination among Talent Acquisition, Operations leaders, hiring managers, and external partners.

• Oversee and streamline communication among all involved parties to guarantee timely responses, alignment, and accountability.

• Actively follow up on outstanding action items, interview feedback, approvals, and subsequent steps to ensure the hiring process continues smoothly.

• Manage interview scheduling across various stakeholders, time zones, and priorities, often under tight deadlines.

• Keep organized and current trackers and reports to enhance hiring visibility and facilitate decision-making.

• Represent the Talent Acquisition function with professionalism, urgency, and diligent follow-through.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, recruiting operations, staffing, or agency/consulting settings.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments characterized by frequent changes and competing priorities.

• Proficient in complex scheduling coordination.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously without losing track of details.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting workflows (Workday experience is a plus).
