This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for various client roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to outline job descriptions, workflows, and ideal candidate attributes.
• Identify, evaluate, and engage exceptional global talent through innovative and data-informed methods.
• Develop and maintain talent pools utilizing contemporary ATS systems.
• Work alongside other Breakmark consultants to exchange insights and best practices.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruiting senior-level technical and non-technical positions (either in-house or at an agency).
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for startups or rapidly growing technology firms.
• Excellent sourcing and communication abilities with a global perspective.
• Proficient in English (required); knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish is advantageous.
• Well-organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple clients and projects concurrently.
