📋 Description

• Identify, interview, and successfully onboard Clinical Specialists for our sales team.

• Implement strategic recruitment initiatives tailored to a specific functional area.

• Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment methodologies.

• Collaborate with the Talent Attraction team to enhance employer branding efforts.

• Recognize opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance efficiency.

• Ensure a smooth candidate experience for all applicants.

• Handle a significant volume of requisitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Over 6 years of professional experience.

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Prior experience in business-facing HR, HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, or similar roles.

• Experience in full-cycle sales recruiting within a corporate or agency setting.

• Background in clinical, medical device, or a related industry.

• Proven experience in a fast-paced, evolving business environment with competing priorities.
