• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in business-facing HR, HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, or similar roles.
• Experience in full-cycle sales recruiting within a corporate or agency setting.
• Background in clinical, medical device, or a related industry.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced, evolving business environment with competing priorities.
