This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Take ownership of the entire Talent Acquisition lifecycle: from briefing and sourcing to screening/interviewing, providing feedback, and managing offers—adding value at every step.
• Develop robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing methods, enhancing employer branding, utilizing social channels, leveraging referrals, and promoting internal mobility.
• Convert data into actionable insights: collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to generate insights that influence TA strategy and priorities.
• Advocate for internal mobility and contribute to Sedgwick’s commitment to colleague development.
• Drive TA initiatives, including referral programs and various hiring projects throughout the region.
• Work in partnership with CR (HR) and business leadership to refine recruitment strategies that align with country and functional objectives.
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, whether in an agency or in-house setting.
• Exceptional sourcing abilities—you excel at locating talent that others may overlook.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across different regions.
• Strong skills in interviewing, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Proficient in both Dutch and English (this is a non-negotiable requirement).
