This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Manage complete tech placements in a fully remote environment, following established processes and maintaining consistent metrics.
• Achieve key performance indicators: time-to-shortlist at 40% and offer acceptance exceeding 85%.
• Ensure a candidate experience that reflects positively on our brand.
• Maintain ATS cleanliness: document notes within 12 hours, prevent duplicate entries, and keep the pipeline up to date.
• Provide weekly updates to clients that hiring managers find engaging and informative.
• Identify and address inefficiencies in processes as they arise.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tech recruitment, either in an agency or RPO setting.
• A demonstrable record of success: details of placements made in the past year, including technology stacks, fee levels, and reasons for any fall-throughs.
• Strong adherence to process discipline.
• Competent in essential but often overlooked tasks: pre-closing, counter-offer preparation, reference checks, and structured screening.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese is essential.
• 25 vacation days, including December 24 and 31.
