This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the main contact for clients throughout the entire recruitment project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients to fully understand their hiring needs and specifications.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients and provide updates on project status to ensure alignment with their expectations.
• Manage client feedback effectively and translate it into actionable project deliverables.
• Assign internal team members to ongoing projects; oversee project progress and address any emerging issues.
• Offer guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to facilitate their success.
• Cultivate a collaborative and positive work atmosphere that promotes creativity and innovation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Demonstrated experience (minimum of 3 years) as a Project Manager (or equivalent) in a recruitment agency or service-oriented setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with international and remote teams.
• Proficient in English, and knowledge of additional languages is an asset!
