Senior Systems Engineer – Solana

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage the validator node to maintain the stability, security, and efficiency of our Solana infrastructure and operations.

• Ensure the uninterrupted functioning of our Solana systems and execute necessary updates.

• Conduct monitoring and optimize performance.

• Proactively explore new methods for enhancing and accelerating the setup within the Solana ecosystem.

• Automate node deployment and operations utilizing Ansible and Terraform.

• Collaborate with traders to assist them with infrastructure performance.

• Engage in communication with our partners.

• Participate in our on-call duty rotation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of computer systems and networks.

• A genuine passion for blockchain and decentralization.

• Proficient Linux skills and expertise in system engineering.

• Familiarity with Solana validator processes is highly desirable.

• Proficient in English (German is a plus).

• Demonstrated ability to design and critically evaluate system architecture.

• Background in Computer Science/Distributed Systems or equivalent professional experience.

• Willingness to occasionally travel for team meetings and conferences.
