Senior Systems Engineer – Internal Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding internal support to the organization.

• Collaborate with the Atlas internal infrastructure team to maintain internal systems, including Azure AVD, Endpoint infrastructure, Entra ID, Intune, MS Defender, and Atlas’ VOIP system.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in IT administration.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in PowerShell, including scripting capabilities.

• Experience in End User Support / Desktop Support: Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and troubleshooting for desktop and mobile devices.

• Knowledge of and support for the Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID).

• Systems Administration experience, particularly with Windows Server 2019/2022, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Domain Controllers.

• Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage and Screen Connect.

• Background in data and platform migrations, such as Email security migration, VOIP migration, and on-prem/hybrid to cloud transitions.

• Proven experience in taking projects and deployments from proof-of-concept to production.

• Preferred qualities include experience working within an MSP environment.

• Administration and utilization of RMM agents/tools.

• Exposure to or capability to support workloads in Azure or AWS.

• Experience with vendors including Monday.com, Atlassian, AFI, Mimecast, and 1Password.

• Proficiency in Azure Virtual Desktop.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions such as Cavelo, ThreatLocker, and MS Defender.
