Director of AI, Systems Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven systems.

• Collaborate with the CEO to identify opportunities and design solutions.

• Automate lease renewal processes, create communication systems, and build market rent analysis intelligence.

• Implement AI maintenance triage and voice AI intake solutions.

• Create internal AI assistants and develop CRM automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering with full-stack development expertise.

• Extensive experience in implementing AI in production environments.

• Proficient in API integration.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure.

• Capability to convert operational challenges into technical solutions.

• Ability to present tangible examples of AI systems developed and automations executed.

• Preferred: background in real estate, property management, construction, or startups.

• Knowledge of EOS and experience in leading technical teams.
