Associate Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Designing, improving, and maintaining business applications and information systems solutions

• Converting inputs from business analysts into technical designs

• Overseeing incidents and resolving issues in production and testing environments

• Ensuring application stability and addressing complex troubleshooting challenges

• Collaborating with architecture, application services, infrastructure, and release management teams

• Creating operating procedures, user manuals, and knowledge repositories

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses along with 1 year of experience in Information Technology OR 4 years of Information Technology experience.

• Familiarity with application configuration

• Understanding of Cloud computing / SaaS / IaaS / PaaS technologies

• Knowledge of Integration Technologies - Informatica/CAS

• Proficiency in Mobile technologies - Phonegap / iOS / Android / Java / HTML5

• Experience with Scripting Languages - BASH / PERL / PYTHON / RUBY

• Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture - SOAP / REST

• Proficient in Web Technologies - HTML/CSS/Java/ASP.Net/PHP/Ruby/C#

• Ability in rapid prototyping

• Skills in requirements definition & management

• Familiarity with SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development

• Experience in System Performance management

• Strong conceptual thinking abilities

• Creative thinking skills

• Proficient problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
