Senior Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate enterprise pre-sales activities, which include discovery, solution design, architecture validation, and technical closure.

• Convert business goals into secure, scalable, and robust technical architectures tailored for enterprise clients.

• Present high-impact technical demonstrations and executive presentations emphasizing business value and the reduction of cyber risks.

• Design, manage, and execute proof-of-concepts (POCs) that align with customer success metrics and operational realities.

• Work in collaboration with sales teams, partners, product management, and engineering to shape solution architecture and enhance customer outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or senior technical leadership roles within enterprise settings.

• A solid foundational understanding of AI, machine learning, and large language models (LLMs), with the capability to explain how trusted, resilient data supports AI initiatives.

• Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes, including discovery, solution design, POCs, and executive engagements.

• Strong technical expertise in data resilience, infrastructure platforms, cloud services, networking, and security.

• Comprehensive knowledge of data security, privacy, governance, and regulatory considerations pertinent to enterprise clients.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging C-level executives and senior IT leaders.
