Senior Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Offer support for essential payroll-deductible loan systems (N2/N3 level assistance)

• Evaluate, diagnose, and address incidents and issues in production environments

• Oversee problem cases and conduct root cause analyses

• Engage in ongoing improvements and enhancements to systems, with an emphasis on stability, performance, and availability

• Aid in managing and resolving systemic crises, either leading or collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Recognize and implement continuous enhancements to processes, tools, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Take part in technical committees, planning meetings, and activities related to platform evolution

• Collaborate with business units, development teams, and vendors

• Facilitate the automation and optimization of operational processes

• Ensure adherence to support service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Systems Analyst supporting loan systems

• Advanced proficiency in the following modules: Accounting (Contábil), Bacen, C3, Web/API Authorizer, and Backoffice

• Intermediate expertise in the following modules: Commissions and Agreements & Overdues Manager

• Specialist knowledge of regulatory documents: CADOC3040, CADOC3050, CADOC3044, and CADOC8015

• Understanding of accounting and regulatory standards

• Experience with SQL Server databases, Shell scripting, and log analysis

• Strong troubleshooting abilities in complex and critical environments

• Familiarity with operating systems: Windows and Linux

• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and CloudWatch logs

• Experience in incident management, change control, and information security

• Proficient in API testing using Postman

• Ability to gather functional requirements from users and finalize technical specifications with vendors

• Capability to plan and implement updates provided by vendors
