This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee and manage Microsoft 365 environments, which includes licensing, user administration, and application support.
• Take ownership of Entra ID (Azure AD), focusing on identity, access, and security configurations.
• Build, configure, and oversee Azure environments to meet internal systems and development requirements.
• Enhance DevOps workflows by facilitating integrations with Microsoft Graph and associated services.
• Leverage tools such as Graph Explorer and PnP PowerShell to automate processes and improve system functionalities.
• Design and implement scalable solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem to foster company growth.
• Monitor system performance, security, and reliability, swiftly identifying and addressing issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure platform capabilities align with business objectives.
• Document system architecture, configurations, and processes to maintain consistency and scalability.
• Offer guidance and recommendations on best practices across Microsoft platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership to continuously enhance and evolve the internal technology infrastructure.
• Perform other duties related to GCP as assigned.
• C1 level English proficiency or an equivalent standard.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration, particularly within Microsoft environments.
• Extensive experience in Microsoft 365 administration, including licensing and application management.
• Strong expertise in Entra ID (Azure AD), with a focus on identity and access management.
• Practical experience in building and managing Azure environments.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience in supporting DevOps workflows and integrating systems via Microsoft Graph.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, including tools like PnP PowerShell.
• Experience utilizing Graph Explorer or similar tools for API interactions and automation.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, security, and system architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to administer, document, and implement new technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication abilities and capacity to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Capability to operate independently and take ownership of platform-level responsibilities.
• ****Preferred Qualifications****
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate, Logic Apps, or similar.
• Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, and fundamental programming concepts.
• Experience in high-growth or startup settings.
• Background as a sole or lead systems administrator across multiple domains.
• Compensation: USD $3,000–$4,500/month.
