Senior System/Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business and product requirements, converting them into well-structured technical documentation.

• Create high-quality technical specification documentation for web products.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering teams, and the CTO.

• Detect missing requirements, edge cases, and inconsistencies.

• Engage in technical discussions and contribute to system-level decision-making.

• Facilitate swift and effective approval of documentation.

• Ensure that specifications are comprehensive and require minimal clarification during the approval process.

• Enhance and standardize documentation processes over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a System Analyst.

• A technical background in Computer Science or a related field.

• A strong understanding of web application architecture.

• Experience working with microservices architecture.

• Ability to independently gather and articulate requirements.

• Proven experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.

• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.

• Proactive communication style.

• Proficiency in Russian (documentation is in Russian).

• Availability in the European time zone.
