Senior SVM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement smart contracts and DeFi protocols on the Solana Virtual Machine.

• Develop and enhance secure vault systems for asset management and yield optimization strategies.

• Work alongside security teams to ensure protocols are safeguarded against vulnerabilities.

• Integrate with existing DeFi protocols and facilitate cross-protocol interoperability.

• Optimize code for Solana's parallel execution environment.

• Perform comprehensive testing and debugging of smart contracts.

• Investigate and apply innovative solutions to enhance scalability and minimize transaction costs.

• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in the Solana ecosystem and DeFi sector.

• Contribute to technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building, deploying, and maintaining SVM smart contracts in a production environment.

• Proficient programming skills in Rust.

• In-depth knowledge of Solana and low-level SVM principles.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Solana Virtual Machine architecture and its limitations.

• Experience in developing DeFi protocols (such as lending, trading, yield farming, etc.).

• Familiarity with cryptographic principles and best practices in blockchain security.

• Knowledgeable about Solana Program Library (SPL) and related ecosystem tools.

• Understanding of vault architectures within DeFi frameworks.

• Experience with on-chain security patterns and prevalent vulnerabilities.

• Strong understanding of financial concepts as they pertain to decentralized finance.

• A problem-solving mindset and the capability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
