Senior Survey Programmer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Review customers’ study designs and provide recommendations to enhance questionnaires for effective programming and data results.

• Accurately program all Knit studies within Qualtrics and the Knit dashboard.

• Perform quality control checks to guarantee error-free surveys.

• Ensure that survey programming is completed by set deadlines, notifying teams of alternative plans when necessary.

• Identify and apply innovative programming methods and non-standard solutions to programming challenges as required.

• Integrate complex logic (including display logic, branching, skip logic, termination logic, etc.), graphics, multimedia, and specialized survey components as needed.

• Offer technical support and guidance on best practices for survey programming.

• Collaborate with Research and Customer Success team members to ensure successful survey fielding and project completion.

• Accurately and efficiently clean raw data in CSV exports for seamless integration into Knit.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to interact directly with Knit’s US-based customers via email and, occasionally, Zoom calls.

• Experience in a client-facing role.

• Expert proficiency (6+ years) in survey programming software platforms, particularly Qualtrics, with comfort in creating surveys featuring complex question types, survey flow logic, display and skip logic, embedded variables, and basic JavaScript.

• Knowledge and experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• At least 3+ years of experience in Market Research, preferably with large market research firms such as IPSOS, Kantar, Nielsen, Gartner, etc.

• Highly detail-oriented with a perfectionist mindset.

• Ability to program surveys swiftly and efficiently, capable of meeting tight deadlines.

• Bonus: Experience in fielding online surveys using platforms such as Cint (Lucid), InnovateMR, Prodege, etc.
