Senior Supply Chain Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the pharmacy partner invoice process comprehensively, encompassing auditing, validation, and approval for over 20 partners.

• Convert demand forecasts from Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success into requirements for pharmacy production.

• Assist in volume and capacity planning by utilizing order volume, partner capacity, medication availability, and service line data.

• Provide insights for procurement planning related to ingredient and consumable sourcing.

• Oversee and update the supply chain dashboard along with recurring reporting tasks.

• Enhance data and reporting inputs as tools transition from Zoho to the upcoming Tableau implementation.

• Identify, rectify, and document any undefined or manual processes within the supply chain.

• Collaborate with pharmacies, Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and Procurement to collect inputs and resolve discrepancies.

• Tackle cost optimization, conduct vendor spend analysis, and address other emerging operational priorities.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, demand planning, or operations analytics.

• Proven experience in translating demand or sales forecasts into supply, production, or purchasing requirements.

• Proficient in advanced Excel/Sheets with the capability to build and maintain models with various moving inputs.

• Experience managing recurring operational workflows end to end, including vendor invoicing, spend auditing, or partner reconciliation.

• Familiarity with an SLA-driven environment, ensuring accountability for accuracy and timeliness.

• Exposure to healthcare or pharmacy, or the ability to quickly grasp technical product terminology.

• A history of success in a dynamic, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and processes.

• Preferred experience in startup or early-stage operations.

• Experience in dashboard and reporting ownership, including tools like Zoho Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

• Light SQL or scripting experience is preferred.

• Comfort with utilizing AI tools to enhance analysis is preferred.

• Preferred experience in pharmacy, compounding, or regulated-product supply chains.

• Experience in supporting the establishment of a procurement function is preferred.
