This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Implement supply plans and procurement activities based on validated demand forecasts and inventory criteria.
• Initiate, maintain, and oversee purchase orders throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Collaborate with both domestic and international suppliers while tracking production progress and delivery timelines.
• Monitor shipments from the supplier's dispatch to final receipt, coordinating with freight providers, customs agents, warehouses, and stakeholders.
• Assess inventory levels, stock coverage, aging, shortages, excess stock, and anticipated availability dates.
• Assist in demand planning, forecast maintenance, S&OP preparation, scenario modeling, and identifying demand-supply discrepancies.
• Manage ERP and planning system master data, purchase order details, inventory records, and shipment information.
• Create operational dashboards, KPI reports, SOPs, and initiatives for process enhancements.
• Provide updates on supply status and communicate product availability, delivery schedules, and constraints to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Operations, and Procurement teams.
• Uphold governance, workplace safety, traceability, documentation, audit readiness, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Over 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, inventory planning, or supply operations.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain planning encompassing purchasing, inventory management, replenishment, logistics, and supplier coordination.
• Proficient in purchase order management and executing end-to-end order flows.
• Knowledge of inventory planning and forecasting, including service levels, lead times, and supply continuity.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Skills in supplier management and expediting.
• Familiarity with S&OP processes and planning inputs.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and adherence to processes.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in an offshore setting.
• Experience with international suppliers and offshore operations is preferred.
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, import/export, or multi-site supply environments is advantageous.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field are preferred.
• APICS / CPIM / CSCP certifications are desirable.
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP inventory, warehouse, and finance software.
• General computer skills.
