Senior Supply Chain Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manages comprehensive logistics, warehousing, and customer fulfillment operations for a company specializing in temperature-sensitive snack foods.

• Oversees third-party warehouses (3PLs), e-commerce fulfillment centers, and temperature-controlled shipping to ensure product integrity and cost-effectiveness.

• Directs a Customer Service Manager responsible for daily order processing and customer communication.

• Emphasizes strategic performance, network optimization, and accountability for budget management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred; a combination of relevant experience and education may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain/logistics within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), food, or beverage company, with a preference for temperature-sensitive products.

• Experience with U.S. exports to Canada or Mexico is advantageous.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing logistics and customer service operations.

• Proficiency in 3PL operations, temperature-controlled freight, and distributor logistics (such as UNFI, KeHE, etc.).

• Practical experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is preferred) and warehouse management systems (WMS).

• Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central / Seller Central programs.

• Strong analytical and financial skills with a background in managing departmental budgets.
