Senior Supply Chain Management Architect, Microsoft D365

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise-level business transformation initiatives utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.

• Act as a trusted consultant to clients regarding intricate supply chain modernization projects.

• Provide leadership throughout the stages of solution envisioning, blueprint creation, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project leaders, solution architects, developers, finance teams, manufacturing teams, integration specialists, and Power Platform consultants.

• Establish scalable, secure, and future-ready supply chain solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices.

• Guide solution design choices and supervise functional architecture.

• Manage delivery risks and ensure that business requirements are in sync with technical execution.

• Mentor consultants and promote collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

• Assist clients in utilizing AI-driven supply chain planning, intelligent warehouse operations, supplier collaboration technologies, Copilot experiences, automation solutions, and cloud-based data platforms.

• Keep abreast of Microsoft's release schedule and convert new supply chain capabilities into tangible business results.

• Promote excellence in delivery, solution quality, strategic alignment, ongoing innovation, and comprehensive delivery ownership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience in ERP Supply Chain Management implementation.

• A minimum of 5 years in leading full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementations.

• Experience in a large consulting firm, ideally as a Microsoft Partner.

• Proficiency in inventory management, procurement, order management, warehouse management, transportation management, manufacturing, planning, forecasting, intercompany operations, and enterprise asset management.

• Skilled in requirements analysis, business process design, blueprinting, data migration strategies, security design, testing, deployment planning, and stakeholder engagement.

• Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Data Lake, Dataverse, Dual-write, Azure DevOps, and enterprise application integration is advantageous.

• Understanding of AI-driven supply chain capabilities, including intelligent demand planning, supplier collaboration solutions, Copilot experiences, warehouse optimization technologies, and emerging agent-based extensibility concepts.

• Microsoft certifications are highly preferred, including MB-330 and MB-335.

• Candidates must be U.S. citizens or authorized to work within the U.S. without sponsorship.
