
Senior Supply Chain Analyst – SAP IBP Business Process Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Act as the business superuser and functional leader for SAP IBP encompassing demand, supply, inventory, S&OP, Control Tower, and scenario planning.
• Convert business requirements into functional specifications, system design contributions, testing scenarios, and enhancement proposals.
• Ensure that SAP IBP configuration, master data, planning views, key figures, and dashboards align with business needs.
• Enhance and streamline integrated planning processes while standardizing planning governance across regions, products, and sites.
• Spearhead requirements collection, fit-gap assessment, user-story development, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, documentation, and user adoption efforts.
• Collaborate with IT, SAP, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams on enhancements, integrations, and roadmap initiatives.
• Oversee data quality and support dashboards, KPIs, alerts, and planning analytics.
• Evaluate supply-chain network data, demand, capabilities, costs, customer demographics, asset utilization, and activity-based costing.
• Formulate network strategy recommendations, business cases, implementation plans, allocation strategies, route and cross-dock optimizations, and customer or territory realignments.
• Administer and maintain SQL databases, perform data refreshes, manage master data, network models, and modeling documentation.
• Provide expertise in network modeling, foster productive working relationships, mentor junior staff, escalate issues, and support assigned projects.
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP IBP experience as a superuser, functional lead, or business system owner.
• Proven experience with SAP IBP implementation, enhancement, or support activities.
• Cross-functional exposure with Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and Operations teams.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, Control Tower, and Scenario Planning.
• Familiarity with SAP IBP architecture, planning areas, key figures, master data, and planning versions.
• Preferred experience in integrating SAP IBP with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Strong Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud is advantageous.
• Understanding of supply-chain KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, and capacity utilization.
• Background in process design, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience leading training, testing, and adoption initiatives.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Analysis, or a relevant combination of education and experience is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SQL, VBA, formulas, large data tables, pivot tables, charts, queries, custom functions, data management, and analysis.
• Experience with AIMs modeling software or equivalent tools such as Supply Chain Guru and/or LogicNet Plus.
• Familiarity with statistical or data-mining tools like Minitab and SQL Server.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of supply-chain systems, network modeling, simulation, ERP, WMS, mapping software, and routing software.
• Capability to manage multiple assignments and competing priorities within effective timelines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced global team environment and drive results.
