Senior Strategy Consultant, Provider Solutions

📋 Description

• Conduct research and perform analyses that support strategic and transformational initiatives throughout the organization.

• Assist in formulating business strategies that aid the CEO and Executive Team in enhancing company profitability, enterprise value, and competitive standing.

• Provide support for enterprise, pillar, and line-of-business strategies.

• Propel and support long-term strategic and business planning efforts.

• Engage in the annual operational planning process.

• Ensure compliance with Board delivery timelines.

• Organize and prepare materials for Board of Directors and Committee meetings as required.

• Generate insights regarding the vision care, insurance, materials, healthcare, retail, technology, and related global industries and trends.

• Continuously refine and revise strategy as the business landscape evolves.

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and articulate strategic initiatives with broad impact.

• Develop innovative and practical solutions.

• Partner with internal data and analytics teams to create and sustain qualitative and quantitative metrics.

• Assess progress against enterprise strategic goals and the outcomes of strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, statistics, or a related field.

• Eight years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, corporate development, management consulting, research, data analytics, market analysis, or competitive intelligence.

• Relevant knowledge and experience in the vision, healthcare, or insurance sector.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills that emphasize clarity and simplicity.

• Highly skilled in PowerPoint.

• Ability to apply logical reasoning and anticipate future implications.

• Demonstrated ability and willingness to attend to details and follow through on execution.

• Personal and professional integrity, ensuring confidentiality is maintained.

• A strong desire to comprehend all facets of the business and uncover opportunities, solutions, and metrics.

• Enthusiasm and energy for new concepts.

• For remote or hybrid positions, a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings.

• Capability to influence stakeholders, build trust, and promote accountability and results without direct authority.

• Experience collaborating with executives, synthesizing complex information, and communicating with clarity and confidence.
