Senior Strategy Consultant, Provider Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and perform analyses to support strategic and transformational projects across the organization.

• Assist in formulating business strategies that aid the CEO and Executive Team in enhancing company profitability, enterprise value, and competitive standing.

• Contribute to the development of enterprise, pillar, and line-of-business strategies.

• Facilitate and promote long-term strategic and business planning.

• Engage in the annual operational planning process.

• Ensure compliance with Board delivery timelines.

• Organize and prepare materials for Board of Directors and Committee meetings as required.

• Generate insights on global trends and developments in the vision care, insurance, materials, healthcare, retail, technology, and related sectors.

• Continuously refine strategy to ensure its relevance amid evolving conditions.

• Partner with business leaders to pinpoint and articulate high-impact strategic initiatives.

• Create innovative and practical solutions.

• Collaborate with the internal data and analytics team.

• Develop and uphold qualitative and quantitative metrics to gauge progress towards enterprise strategic goals and the success of strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, statistics, or a related discipline.

• Eight years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, corporate development, management consulting, research, data analytics, market analysis, or competitive intelligence.

• Proficient knowledge and experience in the vision, healthcare, or insurance sector.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing clarity in messaging.

• Highly skilled in PowerPoint.

• Ability to apply logic and consider future implications.

• Proven capability and willingness to attend to details and execute plans effectively.

• Personal and professional integrity with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

• Eagerness to explore all business areas to identify opportunities and propose solutions, metrics, etc., to advance the organization.

• Possess energy and enthusiasm for innovative ideas.

• For remote positions, must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual settings, including maintaining camera presence during meetings.

• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare delivery and practice models, along with the key factors influencing provider engagement, network participation, growth, and sustainability.

• Strong grasp of healthcare ecosystem dynamics, interrelationships among healthcare stakeholders, and the elements that drive stakeholder value and engagement.

• Intuitive understanding of how policy intersects with business strategy and outcomes.

• Must comply with pre-employment substance abuse testing.
