Senior Strategy Consultant, Optical Retail

📋 Description

• Perform research and analyses to support strategic and transformational initiatives.

• Formulate enterprise, pillar, and line-of-business strategies.

• Propel long-term strategic and business plans.

• Engage in annual operational planning processes.

• Guarantee compliance with Board delivery timelines.

• Organize and prepare materials for Board of Directors and Committee meetings.

• Generate insights on vision care, healthcare, retail, technology, and related global trends.

• Continuously define and refine strategy in response to changes in the business environment.

• Collaborate with business leaders to pinpoint strategic initiatives and craft practical solutions.

• Partner with internal data and analytics teams to establish qualitative and quantitative metrics.

• Assess progress towards enterprise strategic goals and the outcomes of strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, statistics, or a similar field.

• Eight years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, corporate development, strategy or management consulting, research, data analytics, market analysis, or competitive intelligence.

• Working knowledge and experience in the vision, healthcare, or insurance sectors.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on clear messaging.

• Highly skilled in PowerPoint.

• Ability to apply logic and consider future implications.

• Proven capability and willingness to delve into details and execute effectively.

• Personal and professional integrity with the capacity to maintain confidentiality.

• Eagerness to understand all facets of the business and identify opportunities and solutions.

• Passion and enthusiasm for innovative ideas.

• For remote or hybrid positions, high engagement in virtual settings, including maintaining camera presence during meetings.

• Preferred: capability to influence stakeholders, build trust, and drive accountability without direct authority.

• Preferred: experience collaborating with executives, synthesizing complex information, and communicating with clarity and confidence.
