Senior Strategy Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in defining and executing comprehensive digital strategies and product ecosystems.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including specialists from product management, design, and technology.

• Lead and facilitate workshops, such as the development of target visions and customer journey maps.

• Guide junior team members, enhance strategic practices, and work collaboratively across various fields.

• Cultivate and advance client relationships by introducing innovative ideas and approaches grounded in data, trends, and emerging technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of consulting experience in digital strategy and/or product management.

• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable managing complex stakeholder relationships, including interactions with C-level executives.

• Proven track record of leading projects and navigating intricate stakeholder environments at all levels.

• Strong grasp of digital products and software ecosystems.

• Excellent communication skills that foster clarity and inspire confidence.

• Proficiency in English (German is advantageous but not mandatory).
