Senior Strategy Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as an internal project manager for both qualitative and quantitative research initiatives.

• Duties encompass daily client management, designing research frameworks, drafting surveys, overseeing internal teams for data collection and analysis, composing research reports, supporting client presentations, and engaging in business development and proposal writing.

• Acquire skills in research design and analysis, client relations, project oversight, and team leadership while progressing in responsibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong foundation in quantitative analysis, or 3+ years of relevant experience in politics, public policy, advocacy, consulting, or public opinion/market research.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Driven by deadlines and capable of delivering high-quality work within tight timelines.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills along with analytical proficiency.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Fundamental understanding of statistics and quantitative research methodologies.
