This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement sourcing strategies for mid-level risk, spending, and complex vendor categories.
• Formulate vendor strategies and design as well as manage RFx(s).
• Oversee vendor negotiations, contract drafting and redlining, along with other sourcing management tasks.
• Independently drive cross-functional vendor lifecycle management and sourcing initiatives.
• Manage sourcing requirements and procurement activities, including cost analysis, contract drafting and redlining, and negotiations.
• Assess, select, negotiate, and execute preferred supplier agreements.
• Develop negotiation plans, oversee spending, and generate action plans for assigned sourcing categories.
• Ensure the timely completion of vendor contracts, renewals, amendments, terminations, and related projects while maximizing value.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leaders to execute approved sourcing strategies.
• Engage in policy management, process enhancements, contract audits, project management reporting, competitive sourcing events, and RFP responses.
• Mentor sourcing team members and lead the team during the Director's absence.
• Maintain data accuracy, usability, and insights in procurement and contract management systems.
• Assist with financial analysis and options assessment.
• Contribute to the development and execution of sourcing systems roadmaps and ongoing improvement plans.
• Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
• Communicate updates and status on sourcing projects and initiatives.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, buying, supply chain, or strategic sourcing.
• At least 2 years of experience with sourcing and contract lifecycle management technology.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring a work visa or residency sponsorship.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a matrix environment, collaborate, and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Preferred: experience with ERP financial systems, sourcing tools, contract lifecycle management systems, and/or related technologies.
• Preferred: experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or healthcare.
• Preferred: experience in sourcing technology, real estate and facilities, marketing, human resources, clinical, customer service, or PBM operations categories.
• Preferred: previous project management experience.

• Potential salary range from $81,000.00 to $138,000.00 based on experience and skills.
