This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement the revenue audit process by detecting and analyzing discrepancies in revenue reporting.

• Conduct approximately 10 audit walkthrough calls each week to discuss findings, documentation requirements, and necessary corrective actions.

• Invoice and collect fees for underreported revenue and communicate results.

• Analyze property statistics and address requests for relicensing, renewal, repositioning, and maintaining good standing.

• Examine monthly revenue submissions for accuracy before billing takes place.

• Reach out to franchisees and/or investigate revenue discrepancies and make necessary corrections prior to billing.

• Act as the primary compliance authority and a knowledgeable subject matter expert for franchisees.

• Enhance financial accuracy and maintain compliance standards throughout franchise operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in property-level hotel management, revenue assurance, and general negotiation experience with franchise business owners.

• Required proficiency in ChoiceAdvantage or other hotel property management systems.

• Competency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Advanced capabilities in Excel.

• Strong emphasis on data integrity, process management, and project management.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
