This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify, pursue, and secure high-value partnerships within mobile publishing, loyalty, and rewarded advertising ecosystems throughout LATAM, particularly focusing on Brazil, including essential sectors such as shopping loyalty/cashback platforms and fintech platforms (wallets, P2P payment ecosystems, etc.)
• Manage the entire strategic sales process from prospecting and relationship development through negotiation, contracting, and fostering long-term partnership growth.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers across partner organizations, including executive, commercial, and technical stakeholders.
• Develop internal advocates within partner organizations to drive deal momentum and ensure sustained success.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by aligning AdGem solutions with the business objectives, monetization strategies, and user growth initiatives of partners.
• Represent AdGem at regional trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance relationships and build a robust pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, operations, and account management, to guarantee successful onboarding and execution.
• Maintain a strong awareness of market trends and competitive intelligence within the LATAM ad tech and mobile ecosystem.
• Provide accurate forecasts of pipeline and revenue performance while upholding disciplined CRM management.
• 5–8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales within ad tech, mobile advertising, or digital media.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage and close complex, high-value partnership agreements.
• Established network within the Brazilian and broader LATAM mobile publishing, loyalty, or ad monetization landscape.
• Comprehensive understanding of ad tech KPIs including CPI, eCPM, ARPDAU, retention, and monetization strategies.
• Strong consultative selling abilities with a capacity to navigate multi-threaded sales cycles and influence key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both Portuguese and English is required; Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Highly self-motivated, strategic, and comfortable operating autonomously in a remote-first, high-growth setting.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Latin America, expecting to be in-market around 75% of the time.
