This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Identify, pursue, and secure high-value enterprise partnerships within mobile publishing, loyalty, and rewarded advertising ecosystems.
• Manage the entire strategic sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship-building to negotiation, contracting, and fostering long-term partnership growth.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers at various organizational levels, including executive, commercial, and technical stakeholders.
• Develop internal champions and advocates within partner organizations to promote deal momentum and ensure long-term success.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by aligning AdGem solutions with partners' business objectives, monetization strategies, and growth opportunities.
• Represent AdGem at trade shows, conferences, client meetings, and entertainment events to enhance relationships and drive pipeline growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, operations, and account management, to guarantee successful onboarding and execution.
• Maintain a strong awareness of the market, competitive intelligence, and strategic insights within the ad tech and publisher landscape.
• Accurately project pipeline and revenue performance while ensuring disciplined CRM management.
• 5–8 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or business development within the ad tech, mobile advertising, or digital media sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and finalize complex, high-value partnership agreements with enterprise-level clients.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to confidently lead boardroom-level discussions independently.
• An existing network within mobile publishers, loyalty platforms, performance marketing, or related ad tech verticals is highly preferred.
• In-depth understanding of ad tech KPIs, including CPI, eCPM, ARPDAU, retention, and monetization strategies.
• Robust consultative selling skills with the ability to discern stakeholder needs and navigate multi-threaded sales processes.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience utilizing CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Highly self-motivated, strategic, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently, with an expectation of being in-market approximately 75% of the time.
• Preference for candidates based in the Chicago area.
