
Senior Strategic Partner Manager – SI India

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of and surpass a direct sales target; drive the acquisition of new logos through global system integrators (SIs).
• Create and implement a KPI-focused, repeatable go-to-market (GTM) strategy to enhance revenue sourced and influenced by SIs.
• Align and collaborate with internal sales, alliances, and services teams to provide a cohesive SI go-to-market strategy.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with champions at both business and technical levels within SI organizations.
• Oversee a global sales pipeline with defined accountability, transparency, and performance metrics.
• Demonstrated success in selling to or collaborating with global system integrators (GSIs, MSSPs).
• Track record of consistently exceeding quotas and a solid understanding of pipeline metrics and KPIs.
• Experience in developing scalable, data-driven sales methodologies and partner programs.
• Outstanding leadership, teamwork, and communication abilities.
• Background in SaaS or early-stage technology environments is preferred.
• BA/BS degree is preferred; willingness to travel globally as needed.
