Senior Strategic Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure that enterprise clients enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations through the use of Samsara’s IoT platform.

• Oversee the deployment of Samsara technology for large-scale clients, expediting the time to value.

• Develop launch strategies and product usage roadmaps.

• Monitor implementation progress, user participation, product adoption, and overall account health.

• Conduct training sessions and showcase Samsara technology to both executives and everyday users.

• Address implementation challenges across a variety of customer use cases.

• Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams.

• Guide and mentor Customer Success and Support teams.

• Articulate the capabilities of the Samsara platform to a diverse range of customers.

• Advocate for Samsara’s cultural principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in technology consulting and/or customer-facing technology implementation; enterprise SaaS experience is preferred.

• Strong management of priorities and elevated emotional intelligence.

• Outstanding skills in managing executive stakeholders and effective communication.

• Experience working with or supporting technical products.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-driven mindset.

• Consultative abilities and experience with end-to-end system implementations.

• Proven capability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leaders, and software users.

• Capability to take initiative and excel in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

• Display of diplomacy, tact, and composure under pressure when addressing customer issues.

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized four-year institution.

• Experience in serving and supporting large-scale business solutions for Fortune 500 companies is highly desirable.
