Product Implementation Expert – HealthTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of solutions in hospitals and clinics.

• Analyze client needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.

• Define the roadmap, milestones, priorities, and work plan for each project.

• Coordinate configurations, integrations, validations, and deployments with technical teams.

• Conduct functional testing to ensure compliance with the agreed requirements.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and deviations, proposing corrective actions.

• Maintain continuous communication with the client regarding progress, next steps, and pending decisions.

• Prepare and deliver training sessions for key users and operational teams.

• Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation tailored to each client.

• Support the launch and follow up to ensure adoption.

• Monitor progress using KPIs, generate reports, and identify improvement opportunities.

• Ensure adherence to data security and privacy standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in software implementation, functional consulting, project management in technology, or similar roles.

• Experience managing projects from inception to completion and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into requirements and functional solutions.

• Skill in organizing roadmaps, priorities, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.

• Experience conducting functional validations and supporting launch processes.

• Excellent communication, training, and client management skills.

• Results-oriented, autonomous, and capable of problem-solving in dynamic environments.

• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English proficiency.

• Education in Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a similar discipline is considered a plus.

• Experience in digital health or with solutions such as HIS, EHR, EMR, LIS, or PMS is especially valued.
